Hey everybody!

It's been a while since I've been on Deviantart.
I've been incredably busy. I just graduated from the fotovakschool. There is an exhibition of the work of all the graduat students of the fotovakschool in the Posthoornkerk in amsterdam (the Netherlands). You can visit it every thursday, friday, saturday and sunday until the 19th of July.

I'm also moving to leeuwarden to study animalmanagment and wildlifemanagment. I'll be there for the next 5 years. This way I'll learn more about animals and I'll be able to combine that information and work with my photography.

Hopefully in 5 years time I'll be able 2 move to Africa and work in gamereserves.

I'm going to upload the project I did for my graduation just now.
Ofcourse all the pictures are not supposed to be used in any way.

Hi my name is Lotje.
I'm a student at the fotovakschool in Amsterdam in The Netherlands. I'm in my last year and I'm starting on my portfolio soon.

I've been taking pictures for a very long time, but I started to take it serious when I was 15 years old.
I really want to become a nature photographer.
My other passion besides photography is animals.

I think nature is fascinating and I'de love to travel the world.
In the future I hope to live in Africa.
I've lived there before, when I was 5 years old.
My parents, sister and I traveled a lot and we lived in a lot of countries. Because of this I was able to learn more about different cultures and see many places.

I was born in holland, but we moved to Curacao. After 3 years there we moved to Hungaria for 2 years. Then we moved to South-Africa fot 2 years and then to Kenya for 3 years and then back to holland.
I've lived here since and there hasn't been one day where I didn't miss Africa.

Still there are things I love about Holland 2. I'll definiatly stay here for another 5 years, because I want to go to Leeuwarden to study wild life managment. With that I'll be able to work in game reserves in Africa and also become a better nature photographer.

Well for the rest I also draw, paint, sing, dance, hockey and write poems if I have time.

I don't know what else there is 2 say. I hope everyone enjoys my work.

Hey there,

It's a big compliment that you want to use my pictures. I find it great that your asking permission, but unfortanatly I'm gonna have 2 say no. Nothing personal, but I just don't want my pictures used for anything, especially because some of them will be used for my portfolio.
